About Maestro Bobby Ramirez

Maestro Bobby Ramírez is a renowned multi-instrumentalist, virtuoso flutist, saxophonist, singer, educator, and bandleader, originally from Santa Clara, Camajuaní, Cuba.

With a career spanning over 40 years, he has distinguished himself as a prolific composer and arranger, creating original works across various musical genres. His compositions range from symphonic and classical string arrangements to Jazz Big Band orchestrations and vibrant Latin music pieces.

As an internationally acclaimed concert performer, Ramírez has released over forty recordings, showcasing his mastery of Cuban music, jazz, classical music, and Cadenza-style improvisation. Recognized as one of the finest Cuban-American flutists, his artistry can be enjoyed on platforms such as iTunes, Amazon, and Spotify.

Beyond his contributions as a musician, Ramírez is a passionate advocate for cultural preservation and education. He is the Founder and President of the Instituto Folklórico Cubano Americano and Jazzonian—Jazz Museum of Florida, Inc., based in Hialeah, Florida. Driven by his mission to inspire and uplift, he states: "My goal is to bring joy, education, and love to one million kids and families every year."
